Office of the Chief District Medical and Public Health Officer, Puri
invites application form the eligible candidates for the recruitment of ANM,
Staff Nurse and Pharmacist on the contractual post. This recruitment will be on
the contractual basis and the payment will be done by daily basis. This
recruitment will be done by the walk-in interview process and candidates need
to come to Office of the CDM & PHO DTU Puri, with all required
original documents on the below given dates.

Eligibility &
Qualification for Puri CDMO Recruitment: –

ANM / Staff Nurse

Candidate have passed +2 in any discipline from council of Higher
Secondary Education Odisha or equivalent with Diploma in Nursing/GNM from any
AICTE approved Intuitions or Medical Colleges.

Pharmacists

Candidate have passed +2 Science or equivalent with Diploma in Pharmacy
from any Govt. Colleges Odisha or recognized Private Institutions duly approved
by AICTE conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.

Candidate have passed +2 Science or equivalent with Diploma in Medical
Lab Technology from Govt. Medical Colleges Odisha or recognized Private
Institutions duly approved by AICTE.
