The candidate must have possessed M.B.B.S. or equivalent degree from a
Medical College or Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of
India and must have possessed required conversion certificates recognized by
Medical Council of India (MCl) in case of candidate having Degrees from
Universities of Foreign counties.

Specialist Officer
Besides the criteria of MBBS Doctors the candidate must have possessed

registered from Medical Council of India or State for the said Specialty.

Lab Technician
Must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher
Secondary Education, Odisha / equivalent and passed Diploma in Medical
Laboratory Technology from any of the 3 (three) Govt. Medical college and
Hospitals of the state / any other private institutions duly recognized by
Government of Odisha or All India Council of Technical Education. S/He must
have valid registration certificate
