TASKS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ESSILOR RECRUITMENT:

• Primarily will be
  responsible for working with all the project/business partners of 2.5 NVG.
• Will develop
  relevant business partnership through assessment, project proposal/budget
  development, negotiation/continuous dialogue, contracting, activity planning,
  monitoring, mid-course correction, End-pf-Project activities if any.
• Will take key
  initiatives to support all business partners through marketing and promotional
  activities on behalf of 2.5 NVG.
• S/He would
  apportion the required amount of time in a calendar month to work with all the
  2.5NVG distributors and their field persons in this territory.
• To develop and
  expand retail base for all kinds of 2.5 NVG products in this territory.
• S/he will take care
  of all the primary and secondary sales to be generated from the territory.
• S/he will ensure
  timely payment and collection from all business partners.
• S/he is also
  expected to actively take part in all business-related documentation, planning
  and reporting activities.
• S/He will
  coordinate with his reporting supervisor for all types of necessary reporting (On-line
  and Off Line and Electronic/Paper based reporting)
• S/he will develop
  new businesses from the same territory.
• S/he will coordinate
  for all marketing and promotional activities for 2.5 NVG products and services
  in this territory.
• To support the
  partners to organize all relevant field/trade/retail promotional activities.

Additional
skills/responsibilities:

• S/he will also
  coordinate for any other 2.5 NVG business models from the same territory.
• S/he will extend
  all sorts of support to other 2.5 NVG staff working for other business models
  in the same territory.
• As per requirement
  and instruction from Reporting Manager, S/he will also work for other business
  models of 2.5 NVG in the same or any other territories.
• To manage and
  maintain a cordial relationship with all partners in the region.
• Continuously
  suggest to superiors about the improvement of service delivery through business
  models.
• Multi-tasking
• With the increase
  of business from this territory in the future, s/he may be provided with additional
  supporting manpower. In such a case s/he will do the man-management for his
  territory.
